My furnace would not kick in and blow heat. Jeff arrived on time and had my furnace running right away. He told me he checked my hot water heater and even though it did not need to be replaced, I should watch it because it was 16 years old.
Having a hot water heater blowout on me before (not fun) and the water was not always heating up even though I had it on HOT. I decided to have them replace it.

I submitted a quote request through Yelp on a Sunday, and received a quick email reply. I had explained our heater issue, and their reply included the likely issue, which I was able to address for a short-term solution overnight. (It had just gotten cold.) I spoke with Allison the next morning, who was so helpful, considerate, and cheerful.

We woke up to 9 degree outside temps and furnace not working. Very scary! Blue spruce were quick to respond to my 7am call and had a technician at my house By 9 am. Jeff was safe, courteous, and knowledgeable And got my furnace working again at a reasonable price. I was very happy with their service.

Jeff came to my home to install a heat vent from floor to ceiling in my kitchen. He was on time and the work was done professionally and fully completed. He's a very nice guy and knows what he's doing, The air duct works really well and I would not hesitate to call Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling again.

We had the heat stop working in our house. Jeff responded within and hour on Friday evening to diagnose and repaired our furnace the next morning (on a Saturday). What a great experience...both times. First, had them come out and replace a hot water heater. From the very first contact with this company (Allison), I knew I was in good hands. Allison answered the phone when I reached out and was beyond friendly and knowledgeable.

I contacted Blue Spruce to repair my gas boiler system which was short cycling. Nils was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and wore a mask. He was able to diagnose the problem, leave to go pick up parts and finish the job all within a couple of hours. My previous boiler guy retired but I will contact Nils at Blue Spruce for any future needs. It was well worth the repair cost to have it done right the first time.

They were wonderful to work with. The person in the office was very friendly and helpful. And the people who came to my house got right down to business and were very professional. They replaced my hot water heater. Their prices were fair. They accidentally overcharged me due to a computer glitch, caught it themselves, and immediately sent me a refund. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself if the need should arise.

I have a somewhat rare Unico high velocity HVAC system with two separate zones heated via radiant heat pushed through a set of copper coils in the units. I found Blue Spruce via a recommendation from the Unico product manufacturer. I worked mostly with Nils on my project though Jeff came out for the final piece of work with Nils. Aly was great in the back office and worked around my busy schedule which was much appreciated.

I called Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling to solve our AC issues and they were great! First they tried to diagnose the issue over the phone, but when a visit was required, they were able to fit us in within the next day! Jeff was fantastic - he was punctual, listened to the AC issues we’ve been experiencing, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He gave us the quote up front with no hidden fees and it was very reasonable.

Let’s face it, even good businesses are going to have problems. It’s what a superior business does to correct problems that count. After a problem with the first contact, I was ready to submarine these guys. Then the owner stepped in and at great personal expense to him, both in terms of time and money, fixed the issue. Then proceeded to diagnose and repair several other issues with my Hvac system at no cost to me.
